Fully refurbished in 2018, the apartment has a fitted kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.

The living area has a large L-shaped suite and an extendable dining table for four. A 43-inch flatscreen TV and traditional board games provide entertainment, and the private patio area includes a barbecue and occasional dining set. The combi boiler provides central heating and unlimited hot water.
